Golf Tourism England member Voyages.golf has launched its 2027 New Zealand Golf Tour, and strong early demand means the fully escorted departure is already close to selling out.
Running from 23 November to 6 December 2027, the 13-night journey takes a small group of no more than 20 golfers around the North Island, with luxury hotels, private coach transport and Voyages.golf hosts throughout.
The tour at a glance
- Dates: 23 November to 6 December 2027 (13 nights)
- Route: Napier to Kerikeri across the North Island
- Golf: seven rounds, including Cape Kidnappers, Te Arai Links and Kauri Cliffs

Seven premier courses on the New Zealand golf tour

The tour opens at Cape Kidnappers, Tom Doak’s clifftop masterpiece in Hawke’s Bay, before heading to Lake Taupō for The Kinloch Club, Jack Nicklaus’s only New Zealand design, and Wairakei Golf + Sanctuary. Tieke Golf Estate near Cambridge follows, then three nights on site at Te Arai Links for back-to-back rounds on the Coore & Crenshaw South Course and Tom Doak’s North Course. The finale is Kauri Cliffs, high above the Pacific in the Bay of Islands.
Between rounds, guests visit Craggy Range winery, cruise Lake Taupō, take a behind-the-scenes tour of Hobbiton and explore the Bay of Islands. Non-golfing partners have their own programme on every golf day.
Queenstown extension
An optional extension to Millbrook Resort near Queenstown adds three more rounds at Millbrook Coronet, Jack’s Point and the new Glendhu Bay on Lake Wānaka (subject to opening), plus a Shotover Jet ride and a Central Otago winery lunch.
“As demand continues to grow for immersive golf travel experiences, New Zealand remains one of our most sought-after destinations, and we’re delighted to see such strong early interest in the 2027 programme,” said Harry Hedley, Director of Voyages.golf.
The itinerary can also be tailored as a custom group trip for parties of 2 to 24.
