green2green has organised golf travel from Denmark since 2002, founded by Peter Grinsted and built up in 2013 with the acquisition of rival agency Fairplay Golf Tours to become the country’s largest golf travel company. The business is now led by Peter’s son, Nicolaj Grinsted, with Peter continuing to travel as one of the company’s own tour leaders.

The portfolio runs from short-haul staples in Spain and Portugal to long-haul destinations across Asia, Africa and the Caribbean. In Spain, green2green flies its own charter service to Seville through the winter season, connecting on to Islantilla and Novo Sancti Petri on the Costa de la Luz, alongside coverage of Mallorca, Costa Brava and La Manga. Portugal is covered from the Algarve to Lisbon and Madeira, and the wider portfolio extends to France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Latvia, Sweden, the UK, Thailand, Vietnam, Mauritius, Kenya, South Africa, the UAE, Egypt, Morocco, the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean.
Trips are sold across several formats: Matchture, escorted group tours of sixteen to twenty-eight golfers led by a Danish tour leader; Proture, built around trips with PGA of Denmark professionals; LongStay and Short Break packages; and dedicated golf schools. Since 2022, green2green has held official travel partner status with PGA of Denmark, handling the flights, hotels and logistics behind the professional body’s own instruction trips and tours.
The company describes its approach simply: “we never sell a trip we wouldn’t take ourselves.” Flights, hotels, transfers and tee times are arranged in advance for every trip, with documentation sent seven to ten days before departure.

A signature green2green trip centres on Heritage Golf Club’s Le Château course on Mauritius’ south coast, set among an elegant 19th-century chateau estate and consistently voted the Indian Ocean’s best golf course. It was here, at the 2019 AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open, that 18-year-old Rasmus Højgaard won his maiden European Tour title in a three-man play-off — a result that made the course, in green2green’s own words, “hellig dansk jord,” sacred Danish ground.
The itinerary can extend to Heritage’s sister layout, La Réserve Golf Links, ranked among Golfweek’s Top 100 International Courses, before winding down on the resort’s beaches — giving a Danish group the chance to play the course where one of their own made history, alongside a genuine warm-weather escape.
