Every trip is planned and managed by one of the company’s lead partners from first enquiry through to the final round, rather than passed along to someone with less experience. That continuity sits alongside a written code of ethics built around trust, performance and commitment — principles the company describes as non-negotiable in every itinerary it designs.
Packages combine access to championship courses with hand-picked accommodation, private transport and full logistical planning, put together by PGA-trained staff who have played the courses they recommend. Trips range from a solo bucket-list round through to fully organised society tours, corporate outings and travel timed around major championships.
Support offices in Baltimore, St Andrews and Galway put staff on the ground in three of the company’s core markets, backed by long-standing relationships with resorts and clubs throughout its four destinations. Golf sits at the centre of every trip, but the wider stay is shaped by what the company calls “History. Heritage. Sample Itinerary: England’s Golf Coast — Royal Birkdale to Hillside
A typical Epic Golf Travel journey to England centres on the stretch of Lancashire and Merseyside coastline known locally as England’s Golf Coast, home to three Open Championship venues within a few miles of one another: Royal Birkdale, Royal Liverpool at Hoylake and Royal Lytham & St Annes. Between them, the three courses have staged more Open Championships than almost any other coastline in the world, and guests based around Southport can reach all three within a short drive.
The itinerary extends to neighbouring links such as Formby, Hillside and Southport & Ainsdale, each holding its own among such championship company, with West Lancashire and Wallasey rounding out a week built entirely around seaside golf. Evenings are spent in Southport and Liverpool, taking in the region’s maritime history and music heritage alongside the golf.
A similar rhythm carries through Epic Golf Travel’s other three destinations. In Scotland, trips take in the Old Course at St Andrews and the wider Kingdom of Fife, including Kingsbarns and Carnoustie. In Ireland, the west-coast base of Galway opens up the links of County Clare and Connacht, while in the United States, itineraries stretch from Pebble Beach and Bandon Dunes to the desert courses of Scottsdale and Palm Springs.
