The first impression of England begins at the arrivals gate. Our meet-and-greet service ensures your clients are welcomed by name, their bags handled, and their transfer vehicle ready and waiting. No queues, no confusion, no stress. Just a smooth, professional transition from the terminal to their first destination.
Securing tee times at the best clubs in Surrey, Berkshire and Kent requires relationships — with club secretaries, with membership committees, with the people who decide whether a visiting group gets the best starting time. We manage all on-site logistics, from bag drop to post-round dining.
Coordinating the accommodation of a golf group — with early breakfasts, secure club storage, flexible check-in and check-out, and group dining arrangements — is complex. Our hotel partners know us, and they know what our groups need. We brief them in advance and confirm every detail.
Every transfer in a GTL itinerary is planned to the minute. We know the routes, we know the traffic patterns, and we know how long it takes to load 16 sets of golf clubs onto a coach. Our transport partners are briefed with detailed daily schedules, and our team monitors every movement.
