Ganton Golf Club

The stunning Ganton Golf Club, rated 8th in the whole of England, describing the course the terrain is sandy and gently undulating – a blend of links and heathland, although not by the sea many class Ganton as an inland links.  The fairways are firm and fast. The bunkers are cunningly placed and sometimes cavernous, added to this all year round you can expect pristine condition and fast greens. Some of the biggest names in course architecture have contributed to this classic golf club, names such as; Vardon, Ray, Braid, Taylor, Colt and MacKenzie.  Their efforts have been rewarded many-fold, with the Club playing host to the Ryder Cup, the Walker Cup, the Curtis Cup, the Amateur Championship and numerous other national and international events.
